What is the minimum order quantity?
10 units (either a la carte or bundles).
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, our discounts can go up to 25% off based on the order quantity. Our Account Director can provide details based on your products and quantities.
When will I receive my order?
Non-custom orders arrive in as little as three business days. We also offer same-day delivery for rush orders placed before 1PM, within Metro Manila only.
Custom orders take a bit longer — our Account Director will provide a personalized delivery estimate.
Can you ship to multiple individual addresses?
Yes, our Account Director can assist you with this.
Can you ship internationally?
We can only ship nationwide within the Philippines at the moment.
Do you offer note cards or custom packaging?
Yes. Note cards and custom packaging are available for an additional charge. View the MAGWAI Catalog for our available packaging options.
Can I mix and match a custom bundle with non-MAGWAI products, too?
Yes, we can coordinate with your other suppliers or even include your own products.
Are you PhilGEPS certified?
